With the exception of Australian, in-person counselling and workshops, which are in Australian Dollars, all payments for the performing arts Skype coaching, counselling and digital products discussed on this website are to be made in US Dollars, StageMinded.com will only be able to process and honour payments made in US Dollars. All quotes and advertised pricing includes GST.
StageMinded.com 30-day Mindset School trial requires a $9 payment to create your account. All participants’ cards will automatically then be charged $49 including GST 31days after signing up. If the participant hasn’t received value from the trial, they can request for the regular monthly $49 payments not to be processed by notifying Philippa Ziegenhardt via writing to philippa@stageminded-7b2287.ingress-alpha.easywp.com within the 30day trial period from the time their account was created. The participant is required to advise why they don’t feel value was provided to assist in qualifying their request and improving services in the future.
Skype Coaching & Counselling sessions are not refundable but can be re-scheduled to a later date within 12 months of purchase. A request to reschedule must be made more than 24 hours prior to the appointment time via writing to philippa@stageminded-7b2287.ingress-alpha.easywp.com.
No Shows or cancellations within 24hours of the appointment time for Skype coaching & counselling services will incur a full-fee cancellation fee to cover the expenses invested to reserve their appointment time.
The Believe In Yourself online course payment may be paid in one payment of $297 or on a 3x monthly payment plan of $129. The payment will be taken automatically from the nominated credit card on the same date of each month. A commitment to a payment plan is in place until the full payment is successfully completed. The Believe In Yourself online course Money Back Guarantee requires participants to notify Philippa Ziegenhardt in writing to philippa@stageminded-7b2287.ingress-alpha.easywp.com within 7 days from the time their account was created. The participant is required to advise why they don’t feel value was provided to assist in qualifying their request and improving services in the future. Refunds are not guaranteed for payments due to change of mind once the 7-day Money Back Guarantee period has expired.
Payments made by credit card will be automatically processed on the monthly due date. If the credit card bounces for any reason, attempts to charge will be made in the following days/weeks. If the card continues to bounce or rejects the payment, or if a charge-back is claimed by the client or their bank, the matter will be handled internally with written notice or transferred to a debt collection agency and reported to VEDA if there continues to be a failure to pay.
The StageMinded Teaching online course payment will be taken in one payment. StageMinded Teaching online course purchases are non-refundable.

Mindset School
You are required to provide 30 day written notice for cancellation of membership to philippa@stageminded-7b2287.ingress-alpha.easywp.com;
Refunds are not guaranteed for Mindset School payments due to change of mind once the 30-day $9 trial period has expired.

Any divisive or un-toward posts or behaviours will be deleted and we reserve all rights to remove offending members from the Mindset School without refund as a result of divisive comments or actions;
The Mindset School Facebook group is not to be used a as a portal for self- or business-promotion and failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in a written warning or removal from the group. This includes the harvesting of members both publicly and privately to recruit to other communities, products or services;
You are not permitted to copy, print, distribute, publicly broadcast or promote the content within The Mindset School Portal without prior written approval;
Legal action will be taken against offending parties relating to these terms of Mindset School.
Believe In Yourself

StageMinded Teaching
The StageMinded Teaching online course is for individual use only unless a Studio Access package has been purchased. The StageMinded Teaching online course Studio Access allows individual log-in access for up to 10 staff members including the purchaser. Staff members must be working/assisting at the Studio making the purchase at the time of purchase. Staff member access is non-refundable and non-transferrable. A list of up to 10 Staff Members Full Names and Email Addresses must be provided to Philippa Ziegenhardt in writing to philippa@stageminded-7b2287.ingress-alpha.easywp.com in order to provide access.
